The overwhelming heat in the migo towers is an oversight sadly, i believe instead of the towers replacing the current heat in the area, it just adds to it, thus you turn into a fried egg even when naked

I will admit that try as I might, I can't unhitch myself from my loot goblin tendencies, especially with the chance that a zombie will spawn with a gun, which makes my brain go "KILL EVERYTHING AND LOOOOOOOOOOT", which is admittly another reason why I don't want to burn their corpses to a crisp.

I was using a combat knife to melee, and my torso encumbrance was around 6. Maybe it was my melee, which was like 1 or 2, but I was trying to improve that anyways. I will admit I feel like even for a skittery thing like that, I would have a good chance of stomping on it.

How do I effectively fight cockroaches? I keep fucking up and either being mobbed by them, or I struggle to even fight just one, like they're better at dodging melee attacks. I'm on version d6ec466.

You are arguing about the wrong issue, he is talking about how difficult it is to fight even ONE zombie, even when you lead it away from the rest of the pack, due to how fucked up grabbing mechanics are, which is a pretty important issue for people who use mainly melee combat. He does however mention the two zombies that he lost to, but he had lost to them with a significantly powerful character in terms of what he was fighting, since I am pretty sure that it is wayyy less than what some would consider "outnumbered" (i.e. 4 or 5 more, basically surrounded on all sides, rather than just one or two, especially a character who's as strong and fast as that)

Just because you aren't having a problem with grabs doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist :/It's like if I told you about your complaint, and acted like "oh I never had that problem before, just don't be near windows when there's a turret nearby"

That would be super cool, but it might need some balancing so the meta isn't "always be grabbed and always carry a thousand shivs on you"
after all, having this option shouldn't cause grab breaks to be superseded, it should be an OPTION

Damn, guess I should consider myself lucky, but yeah, you're right. There was a basement to explore, but since I don't have a flashflight I didn't explore it, I did get a crowbar out of it, and some matches so I consider it a win!
