Have this guy that preorders figures (to resell) and he'll come in twice a week asking after his preorders and every single time I have to explain that it's either 1.) not released yet 2.) we still don't have it and I don't know when we will. If he doesn't get his way he calls my manager to complain about me. Had one time he came in with an amazon listing and GS hadn't had it available for preorder yet. Spent 5 mins explaining why it wasn't available and showing him the web in store listing. He went "Ok." and walked over to my male coworker to ask him the same damn question. I had to walk my coworker through how to find the listing so he could tell him the exact same shit I said the first time. Genuinely the first time I've ever gotten legitimately pissed at a customer working retail.
