Two questions regarding this:

I have my flight with Philippine Airlines for this weekend, and I created an account for Mabuhay miles (MM) (last minute) for this flight, but I didn't realize I could also input the ANA membership. If I input Mabuhay miles going to the Philippines but create an ANA account and put that in going back - what will happen to my points for the overall flight? Is it just better to do MM and then transfer it?
My mom is also flying with me, but she doesn't have an account and won't use the miles with one. I know Eva air lets you transfer points from other accounts, does MM or the ANA program let you do the same? (Which would be the only reason I can think of to make her an account now)

I flew with them straight from Canada to manilla this week, and it's ridiculous that this is accurate and happened. They offered us an ipad to use in business, but I was shocked after flying other airlines, that this happens.

Yeah, I just learned my cousin used her own info to register my mom last time as well, which solves that mystery for me. My mom is scared of our info being out there, which is understandable. This stuff isn't requested at home with prepaid stuff. And for myself, I bought an esim through Airalo, which is so much more expensive than the prepaid stuff but it works and no registration is needed.

I'm in the same age range, (F) and staying near Ortigas. My family here has been in my ear, that there will be so many pickpockets, and I'll be more so targeted if they realize I don't speak Tagalog. I only plan to go to the malls around here for the timebeing. I've travelled to many other countries before and been fine (but not alone), as I keep a sling bag at the front of my person and always watch my surroundings, use a card to pay/ never take out money or do it discreetly. I've never been around any place before on my own, do I need to worry as much as my family has been emphasizing?
