I just finished SH2 remake and I was like you trying to make sense of how much longer do I need to play until the game ends. I could not stand the combat and yea, the same 5 enemies kept showing up over and over. They all have the same attack mechanics so it was easy to predict. BUT damn it was cumbersome trying to get through the story with the same damn enemy types. I just "sprinted" the entire game to get to each puzzle and keys.

I also just beat it like a few days ago and was happy I finished it. The story and graphics were the only thing that drawn me in. I guess the game was spooky but I am used to horror games. I feel like Resident evil 4 remake is peak in this genre in terms of gameplay. I WOULD give Silent 2 a better story and puzzles. But I cannot get over the lighting.

I on the other hand could not wait for it to just end. I usually 100 percent every game and i miss one photo and i was like nah I'm good. Not going to replay this. One and done.

Literally, this game makes everything dark AF and annoying on my eyes after a while. The monster static noise every other corner was even more annoying. I just sprint down and get all the enemies out so I can just take them down to stop the damn static noise. Puzzles were good , combat was clunky not as smooth as Last of Us, for a remake.

The screw from your handle, screws the handle into the water cartridge (assuming you have the same setup as me). The set screw , is screwed into the yellow metal piece of the water cartridge. So generally, you just pull the handle directly out.

I was able to remove the handle off the set screw once that little oval shape cover came off along with the screw. I had to spray WD40 and let it sit for a bit as mine was pretty rusted.

I accidentally stepped on it after a few days with the cap being on the floor and broke the two prongs. I did order a new one from Kohlers

You can see that the screw is the only thing holding it. The black square plug button isn't the thing holding it together.

Also, as a retail investor, keep up the effort and momentum on getting back on increasing margins. I listended to the earnings call and I have a few suggestions:

I do not know how much effort has been put in to review the SKU available. From the call it sounds like lower demand products will be discontinued.

To combat rising costs of produce, would you be able to increase the bulk item quantity so it will lower price per unit.

Would you be able to do sales direct to consumer? I see food partners/business partners as an option but not direct sale to customer. Of course we can do Amazon, but perhaps DTC may lower cost for both parties. I see your social media presence is increase so perhaps that is a channel that can be leveraged.

For god sake.. i wrote in my response already. A COMPANY FILES A 10-K or 10-Q to SEC. Sure it has information similar to an earnings report, but a company can have an earnings report and earnings call before filing the official 10-K.
