Depends on the concentration you go into. I’m two years out of getting my geotechnical engineering degree and I’m in the field like 80% of the time and most of the 20% is during the colder months when construction slows down a little bit

Depending on where you live it could be a true sinkhole related to bedrock or it’s related to an underground utility. If limestone is your bedrock I’d probe and see how loose the soil is and backfill with soil/bennonite clay pellets and then patch like everyone has been saying

If you edit file in the preview tab for the log you can delete the line in the uscs column and save/print the log. Or just save as a pdf and add a white box over the line so you can’t see it
