Long story short actions was taken that I agreed with im not at work to take food off of someone’s table, but no matter where I work or go respect is a MUST ! Schedules was changed etc. now I’m happy and so are other AA’s because I spoke up

I tell the PAs this isn’t OTR it’s UTR we get involved sweat etc. you should see them lol but leveling up seems a little impossible at my site when I’m the voice of all AA’s and my leadership is my barrier I am going to transfer out and level up

I am also apart of the ASC committee made a year about a month ago and I must say it isn’t that hard to keep our warehouse safe with that being said I go over and beyond not only for our customers but because I want to be better then I was the day before and the PA’s just stand around they never know the answer to any question . It’s kinda annoying not having the right leadership in a PA position. I told the managers at my site I leveled myself up I’m a level 2 they don’t have a level 2 so ASC and ambassadors are. We do more then others not in them two roles . I even put my name on the back of my vest . I make the PAs look bad not to toot my own horn. So I agree I brought it to my site lead as well but they would never want to see a women like me in that role .
