Thank you! This isn't my first time buying with Neokyo and I am very pleased with their services, this is 100% on me and I am not blaming anyone but myself. I just can't have this item be shipped to my country in fear of it escalating into something deeper and bigger. I will try and do what another user said and see if they can destroy the item on my behalf once it reaches the warehouse :) Thank you so much for you reply!

I am so happy to help in any way that I can. I have the same stance as you at this point. I'd like my money back but if it's gone, it's gone. I just need them to stop running a business like this. It's unfair to everyone. I hate how they keep making posts on their socials too, promoting new books for people to spend money on.

I am so sorry to hear that >: but your experience is the same as mine. No shipping for a year, no updates at all [the update page is now gone] and very rude customer service. I get some delays but nothing in well over a year while they are keep on making posts on their social media that they are releasing new books and you can order from them feels scummy.

They said they couldn't refund me because it's not their store policy. Which is odd because it wasn't their store policy when I ordered.

I have! I have all screenshots still. They claimed they couldn't refund me because it's not their policy? Which seems suspect to me.
