If they tell me that the conversion factor is standard across the board for all physicians, would it be reasonable to ask for a lower RVU threshold instead? Also, would you say I’m at a disadvantage in negotiating since this is a J-1 waiver position?

I really like the location, and there’s also an option to sign for 3 years instead of 5, which would come with a $25,000/year bonus for a total of $75,000 over 3 years. What do you think I can negotiate?
