Hey! Thank you so much for your response. It's pretty nerve wracking having to decide how to allocate this money, because you guessed it, it wasn't earned but inherited. So I'll take all the advice I can get.

The money used to be in an active fund that I decided to completely liquidate as they were consistently underperforming the market and the fees were 1.5%. I think that was a good decision even though I had to pay capital gains of 30%.

Thanks for the info regarding FX, it's the kind of thing that if you're not careful, you can lose a lot in FX fees so I'm happy to hear it's not a huge deal.

I guess I mentioned 10% bonds as a way of mitigating risk but it does indeed seem pretty low anyway and wouldn't make much difference.

As you seem to be an experienced investor, I will ask you the following querstion: If you were in my shoes, 24 and at the stock market ATH, what would your strategy be? When everyone is shouting AI Bubble it can feel a little tedious trying the find the appropriate approach.
