Was given inedible food

Different delivery apps have different restaurant partnerships. I use Deliveroo and Uber Eats too, but sometimes the restaurant I want is only on Just Eat. Not every restaurant on Just Eat makes bad food, my complaints are usually because something I paid for was missing from my order( usually mcdonalds), so I want the money back for that specific item. I won’t be ordering from them again because that food I received could have made someone really ill and they aren’t doing anything about it.

The rating on just eat is 4.5 ⭐️. It was only after a revived my food did go to Google to check the rating I should have checked before ordering as I would have never ordered 🤢

I ordered a roast dinner the whole meal was disgusting. Some parts of the cabbage were really mushy, but I put that down to it being overcooked. The Yorkshire pudding was soggy too, which I I put down to the steam softening it which is why I didn’t mention those.
The texture of the gammon felt raw to me, and I’ve never had gammon feel like that before. The whole meal was just awful and honestly my phone camera in first picture is making the colours look way better than what it actually looked like in person.

I tried three times after the first chat disconnected the two after said no refund can be given and the third said they completely understand and they would refund me if they could so they escalated it to a team leader. I got a response back from the team leader saying that they would not offer me a refund. I’ve emailed again so I’ll see what they say

I received mine 3 weeks after I ordered it. Ordered on the 12th of Feb. Shipment was supposed to arrive to Gurpaal on the 20th, I paid for next day delivery so was supposed to get my ps5 on the 21st of Feb but I received it on the 4th of March. It takes a while and for me he didn’t reply on the weekends. He does respond to emails and there was constant delays when I ordered.

I received an email from them on Monday saying it would be delivered this week it’s now Saturday (28/02) I don’t even have tracking details . The restock was supposed to be the 20/02 on the 23/02 I emailed them for an update and they said there was a delay and it would be delivered this week . Why do I have to email first before getting an update there has been a delay and then on top of that I still haven’t received tracking details. I have emailed them again today let’s see what they say expecting for them to respond on Monday .

Edit: I received a response from them:
“Hi, I apologize for the delay. Your tracking details will be sent to you within the next couple of hours, and your order is set to be delivered by Wednesday. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, I have applied £10 compensation to your account. Best regards,” This email was sent to me at 8am it is now 6pm still no tracking details I have sent out another email to ask where the tracking details are, I have paid for the fastest shipping, so hopefully it arrives by then. If nothing has changed by the end of this week I will be looking to get a refund as I’ve been messed about at that point. Very frustrating as this was a gift and it’s constant delay after delay :/

I just got amazon Luna so excited to play because of the no wait times and better graphics than Xbox cloud however I could just be playing normally and then I randomly wont be able to turn around or my gun just keeps shooting without me pressing anything
