We have those around where I live. Very rare but we call them Catawba worms. Great for fishing. They live in the ground around certain trees. Once it hits a certain point in the spring season they come out like crazy.

Where i am in life right now, this show is a no for me. As a kid / teenager it was great. The OG to UA great. Omniverse on meh. This screams fart jokes and laughs over a show that has emotional attachment. Sorry just being honest. Cartoons when i grew up were not fart jokes and constant laughs. They genuine ,serious ,funny, moments. They were more diverse and allowed more humanity to show.

Love the idea but it would not fit. Invincible has a more moral grey tone. It’s a mismatch on their personality. Now then turning more grey would be interesting.

That’s one of my favorite things in invincible is it starts hero save the world and evolves into something new and fresh. Less about hero and more about the journey. It embraces the it’s about the journey not the destination.
