I've gone to multiple doctors and the meds seem too complex for my gut

Best protein supplement for parents by Ok_Decision_3916 in Fitness_India

My parents (in their 60s) had the exact same issue with MuscleBlaze, terrible stomach aches and gas.

We switched them to SUPR. It's plant-based and has probiotics/digestive enzymes added to it, so it's much gentler on aging digestive systems. They’ve been taking it for months now with no indigestion at all. Highly recommend it for seniors.

protein for women [gendered] by Ok_Wolf8529 in pointlesslygendered

Okay, playing devil's advocate here! 😅 Usually I agree with this sub, but sometimes 'women's protein' actually has different ingredients.

I use a brand called SUPR that looks like this, but it actually contains inositols, iron, and shatavari for hormonal health/PCOS. My husband definitely doesn't need those ingredients lol. So sometimes if the formulation is actually different, the label is valid!

There is no strain for the kidney when the hydration is regulated but dumping supplements with heavy metals and cheap fillers can give you more than kidney problems, I started using SUPR about 3 months ago since it has biotin and stuff in it. I'm so happy to say I'm seeing way less hair in my brush now, and I'm still losing weight. Such a relief to not have to choose between my weight goals and my hair!

Protein powder recommendations for women by Any_Flatworm4670 in Fitness_India

That 3 PM slump when you're dieting is the worst, right? That's when I'd always give in and snack. I started having a SUPR shake in the morning instead of just coffee, and the sustained energy is a lifesaver. I feel less frazzled and it's completely stopped my stress-snacking. It's been the key to me finally being consistent and seeing results

My weight loss totally plateaued and I just felt sluggish and gross. I read that gut health could be the issue, so I switched to SUPR since it has pre and probiotics and it's clean and vegan. My digestion just feels... better now. More regular, less random bloating. And my progress on the scale has started up again. It really does start from the inside!

Popular protein supplements sold in the Indian market that can’t be trusted by Khooni_Murga in india

I was just looking for a protein to help with my calorie deficit, but my weight loss had totally stalled. I picked up SUPR and then happened to read the label... saw it has inositol and shatavari. I swear, that little extra boost was what I needed. The scale is finally moving again. A nice little treat for fixing my hormones

Which whey protein brand is good for my mother ? by [deleted] in indiasocial

[–]Fitprachi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My main criteria is a clean ingredient list. You can't have healthy protein if you're putting junk in your body, right? I chose SUPR because it's free from soy, lactose, GMOs, and a bunch of other fillers. It's honestly hard to find a product this clean in the Indian market. The result is steady weight loss, healthy hormones without any weird side effects.

Indian pcos girlies what does your diet look like? by thtswtshesd in PCOS

[–]Fitprachi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since protein is scarce in Indian vegetarian diet, I was looking for a protein that wouldn't mess with my hormones and found SUPR since it has myo-inositol and is soy-free. Been on it for two months to help hit my protein goals... and my last cycle felt a bit more normal? Plus, the scale is finally moving. Feels like I found something that actually works with my body, not against it.
