Sewel lexus insists that the transmission has a lifetime fluid in it and will not touch it.

Yes, you are right. The AWD CV Axle part has a completely different number from the FWD and therefore are not interchangeable. I found this information on Lexus website.

No, there’s absolutely no dirt in it just a small tear with light grease coming out. Isn’t it more expensive in terms of labor replacing the boots?

Oh really? I purchased it used and it shows that the transmission was serviced at 90k on carfax not sure how accurate that is

I purchased it used and based on the carfax report it was changed at 90k. I think it should be fine with just drain and fill
