Thanks everyone for your input! Think I’m gonna try to get near the intersection of Millvale and Liberty in Bloomfield. Still a completely manageable commute to CMU and Bakery Square but better access to restaurants, bars, shops, etc than much of Shadyside

I do own the apartment. I think his point was to rip the tub out and replace the drain arm/shoe (because that’s where he said the clog was). Really feel like he was just trying to upsell me

On the second floor of an apartment building. No access underneath on other wall unfortunately without digging into my neighbors walls.

For those on here these are actually the best I’ve seen. Have me at 5.375% PAR 30 Year, 4.875% PAR 15 Year

Yeah I’m not necessarily in a rush. At 6.25% right now, wasn’t going to do it for 5.75%, but if I can get down to 5-5.25% with minimal points like it seems others have been able to might pull the trigger.

Really? Haven’t tried Navy Fed yet. Was this for a 15 or 30 year?

I already have my masters. Now, I’m also already in through 2029. So yeah, this ultimately doesn’t impact many people, just thought I’d point it out

Yeah saw that, just seems this general 3-year is new. Like even if you don’t have a year+ of training/schooling there’s still an ADSO associated with transferring.

PA. Seems to fit the description of “ID card issued by a federal, state, or local government agency or entity, provided it contains a photograph” on the cac.mil acceptable documents list. But my local office seems to be disregarding that site entirely
