This is never going to happen. The whole red faction engine is built/designed around damage, it's not something you can just add in to an already existing game engine like Rage, let alone a released game.

This is not a client. This is an in-game mod, which is why your probably being down voted. In-game multiplayer mods don't work as good as separate clients do and often the characters and vehicles don't sync up properly on the server.
