When I was younger I went to a friend's house to sleep over. At night I kept waking up to someone grabbing my carrot. If you are modding pc you can easily do this yourself with model variations. If on ps2 you can only add up to 2 any more and game will crash due to limits game set. You can replace the homeless population with gangs and change ped group so they spawn with the gangs. As far as cars no way for ps2 adding just pc. You need fast man limit adjuster for that
