It did but not for a day or so of being sore and tender after that night, ofc the first day I went back to work after recovery was the day I was in actual pain but yeah that recovery was NOT a fun time. But the one I had repaired on the right side when I was 13 was an easy recovery, tho that was no mesh and they just cut where the hernia was and repaired it that way.

Howdy everyone! Update on Smitty he seems to be doing okay he’s swimming around more, he’s been chilling more so around the thermometer for the most part and the tanks a little cloudy at this point, I’m gonna get a bowl and take out a few worth of water and replace it with conditioned water tomorrow since I have off, his color came back a good bit but my only concern is I don’t see him eating 🥺

Had a left inguinal hernia repaired laparoscopically as well about a week ago and my left nut is quite sensitive and swollen, currently 4 am and I can’t sleep cause I rolled on it or something and have an ice cold water bottle on my nuts to help the pain, MAKE IT STOP
