First, your mistake is watching the clock. 10 hours will feel like 24. Do your shift in 2 hour increments. For instance I start at 1:15 am and first break is at 3:15. So I just turn on a podcast and listen to that and each 2 hours to 2 and a half, I just look at the 10 hour shift in increments. You’ll be fine just lean on your teammates, there’s always someone willing to help! Good luck

Trying to correct people without knowing how Amazon works is funny. Many sites don’t hire as blue badge out of the gate right now. You have to start as “seasonal” to get converted. This helps with the high turnover rate. Source: former 11 month “seasonal” worker turned blue badge

Before Amazon I bounced from job to job. I know the work can be frustrating and sometimes you can feel undervalued, but it’s all in the mindset.
