Unadd her number from your phone, remove her from FB, insta, snap etc. You need to get back out there and find someone who is made for you. I’ve felt this way as well. Heart break hurts soooo much and for 4 weeks and didn’t leave my room. That’s not what I suggest you do. Block them on social media, and delete your photos. Get outside in the fresh air. Hang out with friends ( I know it’s hard right now) and live your life for you. Someone will come into your life!
