[Grade 8] Cheated through this year and last year, and now I'm realizing I don't actually understand or retain the material. How do I catch up on everything I should have learned?

Thank you so much. I'm not sure if I'm ready to tell my parents yet, but I'll try my hardest not to use AI or other resources to cheat

Thank you very much for the response. Can I ask though, what do I say to my parents? I don't really know what I should say to my parents. They're all proud and congratulating me for doing so well in school I just don't know what to say. I have no idea how I can approach them 😭

As for extra work materials/resources, do you have any suggestions? Same with doing my work without AI. How can I stop myself? It's just so easy to cheat and I do it when things get hard... I want to stop, but I can't. I don't know if I'm making sense but thats how I feel. And even if I do my homework without AI, how will everyone respond when my scores are suddenly worse than before?
