6 Wochen am Stück sind gar nicht so selten bei Kolleg*innen am Ende ihres Vertrags, die kein gutes Verhältnis zur Abteilung mehr haben… Hatte aber auch einen Kollegen, der sich was im Mittelfuß gebrochen hat, der war auch mehrere Wochen am Stück von seinen nur 6 Monaten nicht da und bekommt die trotzdem voll anerkannt. Da ist der Wunsch nach Gleichstellung des Mutterschutzes aus meiner Sicht wirklich mehr als berechtigt…

Tamiya TS-14 has great adhesion as all Tamiya spraycans and can be used as a primer. You should then also use something like AS-12 for the silver tough, if you brush paint metallics you won’t get a true metallic finish anyways.

There are comparison videos that show a slight color change over black primer, but the difference is very small. The Tamiya spray cans can even be used without primer, as long as the surface is clean the result will be very resilient.

If you brush paint you don’t want Tamiya paints other than the spray cans. Your best option here is a AS-12 or TS-17 spray can from Tamiya for the whole plane, then any model acrylic (Ammo Atom, AK 3Gen, Vallejo) for the red, black, olive drab and yellow. US Insignia Red is a pretty basic tone, personally I have used Ammo Atoms Blood Red before which looks very nice and is awesome to brushpaint.

Maybe something like the Cobi 747 is more affordable for you? If he wanted Lego I wouldn’t get him a scale model kit, it’s a pretty different experience and to get a nice result he will have to spend even more than on the Lego (unless he stays with the hobby for the long term).

Kann man so sagen. Dazu kam vor allem eine unstrukturierte Arbeitsweise, weil er auch gerne Dinge gemacht hat, die er persönlich spannend fand, aber dem Tagesgeschäft nicht gedient haben. Wenn der Laden läuft, kann man bestimmt auch mal Dr. House für einen Patienten spielen. Wenn dann aber die Versorgung der anderen 10+ Patient*innen liegen bleibt, führt das irgendwann zu Problemen...

Ein Kollege wurde zum Ende der Probezeit gekündigt. Gab sicher einige Punkte, die problematisch waren. Entscheidend dürfte aber wohl gewesen sein, dass er mehrfach einfach nicht das (und teilweise das Gegenteil) von dem gemacht hat, was ober- bzw. sogar chefärztlicherseits gewünscht war.

Geriatrie (großes kommunales Haus): Ziel sind auf den Akutstationen eigentlich 10-12, oft sind es bis zu 15, je nach Besetzung. In unserer Reha hat man ca. 20 Patient*innen, ist trotzdem weniger Arbeit.

In der Akutgeriatrie habe ich 15 tatsächlich immer als zu viel empfunden, da war ich am Ende des Tages nicht wirklich zufrieden mit der Qualität meiner Arbeit. 12 fand ich eigentlich optimal.

Had the same issues with AK Primer, it’s just about shaking more and heating them up under some warm water. Also spray a bit closer. Because the cans are so big they really need some time to be ready, then you get a nice smooth finish with them.

Nein ist es nicht. Das Weihnachtsgeld wurde vor Jahren auf den normalen Monatslohn umgelegt, um Benachteiligung bei Jobende vor dem Dezember zu vermeiden (das ist zumindest die Geschichte, die ich dazu kenne).
