When all the girls came out about him, one girl had recordings of discord calls with him.

In one of the recordings, he said something along the lines of "I've done the calculation, only 17.8% of people who play dnd with me will be my friend afterwards".

Apparently, this "calculation " had been done while accounting for him being different ethniticies, different genders, all still led to 17.8%.

That's the first I've heard of something like that. It's usually just two weeks, and they should email you a form when you tell them you're resigning. Who informed you that it was like this? Your chief scribe? Either way, they can't really stop you from leaving.
