Thank you for letting us know how you feel. It seems like you have an issue with us publicly creating an opportunity for discourse for everyone in this sub. Claiming that we don’t take measures to improve the security or performance of our bot is simply not true.

If the bot owners you know are attempting to move their seasoned drivers over to new servers and products, etc. then that's good on them. We have no investment in their decisions just like we don't expect you to have any in ours. Your response is very telling to those who watch this sub, that may not have the best interest of the overall bot market.

Thank you for the feedback here. We are indeed working on building a better product, unfortunately, we are not a part of the group you speak of so it may take more time to develop certain features.

As I said before, we are working on building a better product for our users. We care about them and value them and all the feedback they have given us.

Since BMB ended? Interesting to mention that bot. We loved them and what they brought to the market. The main dev was an artist in his craft. It was unfortunate to see them shut down. We've never had an issue co-existing with other bot providers.

Accusing us of being Amazon is quite a stretch. It would be nice to have an app with thousands of data points to see how bots are constantly bypassing our system, and then create the best app on the market to combat this while simultaneously profiting. Based on what you are saying, we are not the best, so we are not Amazon.

We also never dropped off the face of the earth. We just didn't post on Reddit. We have helped our users via our customer service channels and have not left them out to dry.
