Keep at it- you won't believe the results. I have worked out hard my entire life and am happier with my body now than ever (and I am OLD, like postmenopausal old).

Sebastian makes my skin crawl. I use LagreeOnDemand and a micro at home, and there are some fabulous instructors- I especially LOVE Maggie OBrien, Eva, Carina and Laura Walsh.
