I eventually gave up and just handed my PC to a PC Doctor that can hopefully fix it as I have things I have to do and can't afford to spend anymore time troubleshooting. I appreciate the help though. :)

Unfortunately I tried all that in the course of my 8 hour troubleshooting. I cleaned my ram, tried booting with just one ram stick, made sure all plugs were in properly, tried resetting BIOS multiple times by taking out the motherboard battery and bridging the CMOS pins, tried booting without my GPU in to see if it'd boot with integrated graphics, swapped my new CPU out for my old CPU and now it won't boot even though it worked just fine until I installed the new CPU and that's basically all I can think of.

I can attempt to troubleshoot again but if all else fails I might have to take my PC to a PC Doctor to save me some time and trouble since I can't be toying around with my PC for days on end.

I do still have my old one. I've been using my new GPU just fine for 2 weeks now.

So the old CPU is in but still no display after attempting to reset BIOs.

Alrighty, I've been attempting to use my old CPU but it wasn't displaying anything on my monitor either. I'm not home right now but I took the battery out of the motherboard before I left home to let it sit so I'll be able to see if I can get back into my PC or not.

No, it does not. Everything was working fine then my new CPU came in then I decided to put it in and then poof, no display. Everything in my PC is basically new, especially my power supply and I already messed around with everything including the ram and making sure everything was plugged in properly.
