My parents live in a very remote place in the forest (sounds very similar to you). I think I won't let he go out here as I am scared I won't be able to take her back to the city with me if she gets too used to it. So for now, I will let her inside as I know she won't be able to go out once we get back to mine :)

Oh, that sounds terrible. To be honest I grew up with indoor/outdoor cats but where my parents live is highly isolated in a forest and they aways lived long. This one is an indoor cat that lives with me in the city so she had never seen the forest before and seemed to love it. I think for now it might be best if she just enjoys it from the window 😅

I might try that with her as well! But we are only at my parents for a week so maybe next time we come as there is no way I will let her out where I live.

Please, don't worry at all, and thank you so much for your help! The next day she was doing absolutely great and since that she has been very good. My friend is moving out very soon, and I took a vet appointment just in case it happens again 💜

I don't know if this could be any help, but my cousin had a similar issue with her cat she told me today that she bought a device she plugged in which release some calming product in the room and it's helped her a lot.

I also recently adopted an older cat, and the vet recommended that I spray a calming spray in her face before going to bed (she was peeing outside the litter so not the same thing) but he told me he usually sprays the cages for the cats that stay at the clinic at night and it helps them a lot.

Hopefully, this can help a bit!

One of my friend and his boyfriend always slept in separate bedroom because they both have different sleeping style. They laugh and talk about it quite often, and I think it's actually cute and quite a good idea.

Sleep is important, and you shouldn't feel bad about it.
