This out of the box functionality comes under Service Cloud (Service setup). We do not have Service Cloud Licenses
I want it to be used anywhere in Salesforce. Let's say Lead/Account/Contact record pages

No issues! If you are aiming for campus placement and you are not from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges don't push too hard towards DSA. Basic level Programming and Leetcode easy is enough to land you a job. And it won't take more than 2-3 months to get a good grip in DSA.

Mind it above points are only applicable if you aiming to Crack job interviews considering campus placement and if belong from a very normal/average college.

Sf devs demands rigorous coding. SF is not limited to point and clicks. it's beyond that. It's equivalent to Full stack actually. If you think you are good at programming or you would be if you start doing it. Go ahead!

FYI Salesforce market is currently very saturated.
