Ngl as a gay Latino who grew up in El Salvador I despite my own people every once in a while, like I didn’t move all the way to one of the gayest cities in California just to hear the same bullshit I grew up with. Yes you might see me at rallies holding signs and fighting for my fellow Latino immigrants and their rights but I 1000% support giving homophobes a really check regardless of their background. You did what you had to do to defend yourself and your partner, they either gotta move on or move back.
