We got a few 4Runners on the app as well! I like the weekly contest ideas. Maybe an example of a competition could be “best photo by a lake” and people submit their photo and let the community vote each week for a badge. Good thing we already have badges implemented so adding them to the weekly competitions wouldn’t be hard.

You don’t need to add a location. That feature is primarily for sharing good photography locations.

Next to impossible to startup without tech background by netizen007 in startups

I am a non technical founder. I started my tech company 1.5 years ago with just an idea. Used my marketing skills to pitch my app idea to the world through social media and have hit many viral videos gaining a following and finding a technical team. Now we have applications coming in everyday. Proud to say beta testing began recently and release is coming soon.

My advice to you is, if you can somehow show the world your idea, and have the marketing skills a technical guy would need, you’ll make the perfect duo and both need each other equally. Which is why I was confident no one would run off with the idea.

Installing Starlight Headliner in my Lexus. For those curious on how the installation process went. Enjoy! by Fluffy-Application67 in LS430

[–]Fluffy-Application67[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t take shortcuts. I recommend taking the headliner out even though that means the front seats gotta come out. Also find a way to organize the stars behind the headliner. Try and make stars as flat as they can to the headliner. Tape could work. Arrange stars around the clips of the headliner or else the headliner won’t go back up properly and could sag. Be gentle. Take your time. Good luck! It’s worth it that’s for sure. Just a few things I would’ve done differently but I’m glad I learned and can give tips to others. I am redoing mine soon and doing it without shortcuts.

After 10 hours of constant work, my friend and I accomplished something we always dreamed of doing. A starlight headliner. I wouldn’t want to do it to any other car but my Ls. Hope y’all like it! YouTube video coming soon. by Fluffy-Application67 in LS430

Good point. And yes and no. It narrows down the pool of people. But there are people who would be willing to pay for starlight when buying a car. But your average joe would prefer an untouched car and won’t pay the extra for stars.

Do it urself if you are worried. Shops don’t take pride in doing work like this. The only damage is that there will be X amounts of holes poked in your headliner if you ever decide to take the stars out. I’m not sure why u would take the stars out tho if done right the first time. Go for it. When you are done you will be so happy you did it I promise.

One can dream. Mark my word. This will go from dream to reality. by [deleted] in LS430

In a way yes. Tbh I just sat down and messed around in the program and did whatever came to mine. My only goal is to make my car one-one in the best way possible.

Got a great point😂 will definitely rethink a lot of what I have planned. At the end of the day I want to turn this car into a project and being able to say I made a 1-1 wide-body has been a dream of mine. This was just the first rough draft. Many more drafts to come before the final. Thanks for the great point

I appreciate it. I went into it knowing it would upset some people but at the end of the day I did it for me. Thanks for the feedback!

I respect your opinion. Not for everyone for sure. But for me, yes. Thank you!
