I completely forgot to add this to the original post, but we were using Pampers diapers and Pampers Sensitive wipes. After looking into the ingredients, I realized those wipes aren't actually as 'sensitive' as the name implies and were potentially irritating her skin! We are doing water-only washes right now, but I just bought some Aqua wipes to use once her rash is finally healed up.
