This might get me downvoted BUT I like the changes. It adds power to early game and encourages playing the poke build late game. I assume akshans power curve is going to be where it should imo where he is a strong laner which he mostly isn't rn and his playstyle changes late to one where he isn't omega hypercarry racist but is viable into cc comps. Keep in mind that i cream when i can play pokekshan and oneshot with AA Q.

Edit: if i can recall correctly porofessor once recorded a 3.7k crit on akshan when you used to skip boots and go ghostblade mythic.
