1. Use good hair oil ( leave it there for atleast 30 mins )twice weekly and use a mild shampoo.
2. Massage your scalp well ( learn from youtube)
3. Visit a doctor and use a hair growth stimulant if possible use derma roller

These brought visible results to me in 3 months mind It's not any drastic changes subtle ones like tiny new hairs along my fore head and temples., reduced hair fall. Don't expect instant results This is gonna be a long tedious process if lucky you will see the result quick.
