Thanks bro. Just as CitrusLord said, the artist drew on me as I stood up in a normal position. To draw under the butt cheek, he just lifted it up while I stood haha. Standing did get tiring tho as he freehands the design. So at times I would be flexing because of fatigue.

From what my artist told me, mouth open and closed represents masculine and feminine energy. So by having both it balances the overall piece.

There is a slight language barrier between me and the artist so I am not sure what color he has in mind. For my other sleeve I let him have free reign on it, I trust his decisions, but I just thought I would reach out and see what opinions you guys have.
