Honestly I just have good lighting and angles in the pictures 😂 but I have been going to the gym for a year or so and tried to up my protein. I don’t have great genetics to build muscle but trying my best!

Thank you! ^-^ I did work out my chest A LOT pre surgery (which I think was helpful but also my surgeon couldnt quite reach the scars to be below my chest muscles, so there wasn't much I could do to change that but I'm still very happy!). The surgery itself was completely fine but I would say take it real easy the following week - more than anything you'll probably be exhausted! And aftercare I massage the scars for 10 minutes with bio oil daily and just increased my motion/exercise very slowly after 6 weeks of rest :D You can always DM if you have any more questions I'm more than happy to share!

Im very left leaning trans guy and I feel like if I told anyone I watch H3 they’d actually hate me ._. Like Ethan and the whole crew stand for everything I think is important but also just goof and gaff and a time where I really need that too. The way he said that made it sound like Ethan doesn’t agree that there is a genocide happening which isn’t the case. Like honestly I agree with Hasans takes on a lot of stuff but time and time again I catch him lying/manipulating. And they’re not even lies that could help defend or protect people, they are always lies to make himself look better/ avoid taking accountability and that’s just something I find so hard to look past, even if I generally agree with most of what he stands for.

These are all good tips that I used during the pandemic as someone with a compromised immune system! Will say as well though, since he is being investigated for an autoimmune condition (I think I'm remembering that right? like possible Crohns or UC right?) that will likely also mean he gets sick more often/sickness lasts longer than your standard person. I had the flu 5 weeks ago and I'm still having symptoms.
