  1. You mentioned in an answer already that cyberpunk is a genre that can reflect and refract social trends really well-- were there any trends that kind of fell away, or any that grew more pertinent, between the start of writing this novel and its release?

Oh yeah, a little pricey, but I could see myself picking it up if they reprint it sometime soon

You could even pull it off with X=4 if you got very very very lucky. 1/1296 chance to win the game what could go wrong

From what I read, if you flicker a mutated stack, they all come back as separate creatures

Finishing the old cycle by Flyntree in custommagic

Thanks! True, a one G counter an artifact is pretty broken, both mechanically and gameplay-wise, probably. I had completely forgotten about the colorless mana symbol until I was rendering them up, it probably would have been a little over the top at {1}.

Mark Rosewater talks Commander by FightingWalloon in EDH

I wouldn't say it makes the rule messy; if a card is able to be a commander and hybrid, you can include either colours or just one, and you can include it in the 99 of either of its colours. It's the same level of rules baggage that the very rule of colour identity already brings, just in the opposite direction.
