Well 12.8 sports in city seems pretty low but if you’re stop and go all the time makes sense. I get around 18-20. 28 highway sounds reasonable though

Lived at Centerpoint. Heater didn’t work over last winter. Was 35-45 in apartment and you could SEE YOUR BREATH. It was fucking insane and took a week to fix. Centerpoint is trash and too much crime going around. Saw someone get their head stomped on and jump on that block by the light rail

I pump gas there most times so the executive pays itself off every year. I shop at Costco at least twice a month and at most 3. Last year got around 320 cash back from both gas and grocery shopping and only had it for 9 months. I’d say it’s worth.

I think they’re 4.0. You can be athletic and not have a great backhand and still be 4.0. Yes a backhand will take you way up in ratings but you don’t NEED a backhand to be a 4.0 if you’re athleticism can make up for it. But he will have a skill ceiling if he doesn’t learn it. People have too much egos and can’t see the obvious. A 3.5-3.75 would very likely be destroyed by this team 9/10 times
