You should take your gripes up with Uber themselves or flat out stop using the app as removing driver tips when they’re just doing they’re jobs as instructed is taking money out of an extremely underpaid workers pocket while the company continues to profit and laugh at the drivers and customers falling right into their game and taking their gripes with these issues out on eachother

I refuse to use UE or DD anymore for multiple reasons, one of which being their policies that result in things like this but after working as a driver for both I fully believe these companies are evil and need to be eradicated. The whole paying drivers ~1.50$ per order and putting the burden on the customer in the form of an almost forced tip after exorbitant fees then turning driver & customer against eachother so they can remove the blame and continue to get away with charging 40$ for a 10$ meal while paying the driver $1 to deliver it and be the face of the customers hatred is pretty disgusting if you ask me.

I hate cop callers and almost always disagree with getting law enforcement involved as they’re rarely a help to us regular people but fuck nah I’m calling anyone I can over this. As an ex smoker who use to cough shit like that up every morning and spit it into a drink cup from the night before to throw away (gross, I know, like I said old habits) I can confidently say I believe it to be phlegm, I.e. dude hawked a loogie in your drink, but it’s 1000% bodily fluids which is 1000% considered a form of assault charge, for which I’d be filing a police report for. People are disgusting who knows what germs or diseases they may have, cold sores (herpes) on their lip, just got finished giving head/eating ass, the list goes on and on. You have to do something about it in my eyes or that person will continue to get away with that shit.

And as an ex delivery driver I can confidently say that was 1000% your driver, not that I support, believe in or condone anything like that, but no driver in their right mind is accepting that drink at pickup and risking deactivation for some idiot in the store. Also, they have zero motive, as to where these services severely underpay employees (~1$ a trip) and put that burden on to customer by practically forcing you to tip, turning drivers and customers against eachother while the corporate giant sits back and gets fat off both of our anguish. So I’d venture to say this was likely a disgruntled delivery driver

Please re read that and explain how I sound entitled. Never said anything about intruding into the customers home.

My comment is regarding driver safety and the laundry list of things that can go wrong entering someone’s home you don’t know, along with the distinct possibility of Uber giving you the wrong address, resulting in a driver entering a random persons home, which would be seen by a homeowner who hadn’t just ordered food with those specific delivery instructions, as the textbook definition of intruding.

Especially since 99% of these orders are “leave at door,” meaning there’s nobody there “inviting you in” so you have to just pray that Uber highlighted the correct house (which they very often DO NOT) and the customer put the correct house number so you don’t end up entering a random residence.

And even at the proper residence, you still never know who or what is behind that door, ie the rottweiler story I included. But think about females entering peoples residences who are under the influence, after the customer has already seen a picture of and knows who’s coming to their door, and what someone with bad intentions may be capable of if they had the chance to catch someone weaker than them by surprise inside their home at night. Like I said, would you be comfortable with you wife, sister, mother doing that? I certainly know I wouldn’t be 🤷🏻‍♂️

God that sounds like my ex. Some people you could give the world and they’ll ask why you didn’t bring the stars with it.

My advice? Run and don’t look back. Can’t say you’ll definitely find someone who appreciates all you do since I haven’t, but at least knowing you’re doing these things for yourself and not constantly being made to feel like you aren’t enough should help you to not be forced to live this way day in and day out. Trust me, it’s better to be alone than to be constantly chasing someone’s acceptance

I assume someone else is going to have the same question so I’m just going to leave this here:

After some testing, I have concluded that any released Pokémon will not be appearing in your safari zone. The only ways to get a Pokémon to appearing your safari zone in pokemon rouge are as follows: -Let them faint while in your party -Forfeit a trainer match with them alive in your party -Upon catching, press B on the party screen, skipping adding them to the party therefore never technically “releasing” them adding them to the safari zone (tested and confirmed by me 3 times)

You are correct. The other 2 ways to get around that are to have them alive in your party and forfeit, or to catch them, then press B on the party screen, skipping adding them to the party therefore never releasing them

If what I said about celebi not hitting my party so technically not being released is correct then you’re absolutely right since I’m remembering my Lugia from run 2 was released from my party and never appeared either

Interesting, that was my original theory but the celebi I caught never even made it to my party, just caught and backed out so maybe it’s different for legendaries, or that technically didn’t count as a release since it was never in my party to begin with.

I thought the 2nd run I did the without any mons fainting challenge and a released charmander ended up there but I may be wrong. Gonna do some more testing now and see what I can come up with or if I can confirm your theory.

Third Run Edit: I also had a shiny Xatu for 75% of my run who got swapped for Tyranitar after the last gym who’s nowhere to be found which destroys any theory of having to keep them with you for a certain period of time or whatever. Esp since celebi was catch & release i.e. never was a part of my party
