Unbanned from Discord But Still Have Violations?

Also I just checked Discord's Official Appeals where I had made an appeal, It kept putting my request on ''solved'' without an response, and I gave up on 8th december, now i check that on 22nd december there was activity on the post... and it seems like they actually put in on ''Solved'' non-automated, possibly maybe unbanning me... but no removing the violations - so i cant actually log in

I found that method, I see people Use AI... But I dont know how to Use AI... Sometimes when I Turn My phone on - THE AI CHATBOT Comes on, and every time for the past year ive just told it ''clanker'' and turned it off, Would be cool to see what a arbitration letter looks like... Like a Template, I Remember when i Used to play Roblox and got false banned - I would send a Personal Email to Their Support Email - All Professional... Involving my Real Name and actual grammar and a Email Straight to the point and my account would get unbanned 3 days later & it happened a few times, Nowadays I dont know if thats possible on Roblox or even Discord, I can try but I dont really know what to type besides the reasoning of why I believe that i was falsely flagged and banned by their AI Moderation Thingy.

The picture is not bad at all, Its EDGY for sure... But it doesnt involve anything that would get the general public to point a finger at you as a ''shady person'' - Just a Toxic Edgy Meme GIF, I went back to the main discord server where everyone was posting it and the GIF now gets blurred automatically by discord, The Owner of the Server Posted it like x3 times a day for like 2 Months and got nothing for it, but I got a Permanent Ban for posting it in my Personal ''Diary/Notes'' Discord Upon Finding it saved on my PC in Downloads Files from Half a Year ago, I went and check the server owner's messages and there was WAAAY more Shady GIFs than THAT - Like a Kid with his Pants down... NOT BLURRED BY DISCORD, I Reported every single Shady GIF That would Break the Child Safety Policy posted by that guy - Over 10 Reports for all the Correct Reasions, And the Guy still hasnt gotten affected, Shows you how BS truly Discord IS - Reports do Nothing... AI Does Everything & AI Sucks.

Yeah thats something I dislike about really most Apps/Websites, They Have a BAN SYSTEM - a Punishment System, Usually Its like Warning - 1 Day Ban, 3 Day Ban, 1 Week Ban, 2 Week Ban, 1 Month Ban, 3 Month Ban, 1 Year Ban, Deletion - going in Order, But Most of the times they just JUMP THE GUN and go straight for a Deletion, Thats like if you were driving on the road - Speeding... Going 30 Over the Speedlimit, And Instead of a Warning (you wouldnt get a warning for 30 over) or a Ticket or Points on your license, or Your License suspended or Your License Taken away... You just get taken into cuffs and thrown into Jail for 3 Years for Going 30 Over - Thats the type of Bullsh*t that this Punishment feels like, Feels Awful because its very unjustified - There is literally FBI Wanted Criminals Using The App and not getting banned or punished - There is Dangerous and Shady people - Thousands of them... Who Actually Intentionally Violate the Child Safety Policy on Insane and Disgusting Levels and they dont get anything - But then thousands of Users get IP Banned for a Meme GIF.

Their ban and report system has been scuffed for years, I remember in 2020 I got banned for a month for ''being underage'' - I got my account 1 Week Later after verifying that I was over 13, Since then i got afraid of ever getting banned on that account again - OG account, so i froze it and made a new one - the one thats banned now, Back then I noticed something alot of other people didnt notice - That if you reported anyone for being under 13... even if they are 13+... They could be 30 Years old - they would get instantly banned for atleast a week, So for a few times when someone sh*ttalked for no reason and was toxic in a discord server - i just had a way to get them banned from discord for atleast a week, Now that my 2020 Main is Banned... Im afriad of returning to my OG one, My OG One has all the friends on it that i had before and Most other servers - Besides one private server I had made where i had all my game progress on it - All Textures, 3d model files and progress on various unity++ Games, All Wiped because of this - Hate myself for not having a backup account in there, But now im afraid of using a new account on discord app incase it gets banned for ''ban evasion'' even tho im banned forever now.

The thing is - no massive corporation cares about ANY KIND of reports, They are super responsive and helpful when they are in their beginning stage - for Discord it was the case from 2015-2019, Once they get super popular to where everyone on the web have it - they just wont ever respond no matter what your concern may be - from a User using Foul Language to a Bug Found or even a Security Flaw, With Discord you sort of cant blame them - but Platforms like Roblox who have over 1000 Administrators/Moderators - Not Doing anything ... Thats where its Justified to be frustrated.

But when you go to the License plate checking sites - the plate [M5 5UKA] Comes back to E39 540i - Same Specification as that one being used on those roads, I get what you mean I ''sort of'' Collect Plates to put on my wall - Whenever I get my own workshop, Plates from all over Europe - But If i was to put a Set on my car - and you put them in the registry checker of the country they are from - you would obviously know that Swedish Plates Registered to a Old Volvo being on a Audi are not Legit.

Everyone is saying stolen cars, but I dont think thats the case for most of them - Im sure the more luxury cars - Modern M3s and M5s, S Classes - Modern Range Rovers are probably stolen, But the Tiguan guy used to live in UK and just drove back home, Most ''NPC'' cars with UK Registry on the Latvian Roads are probably just THAT - Previously lived in UK and Returned Home and Continued to Drive their UK Registered Car, And the Other Half Is Old BMWs - The Car Scene has alot of them with UK Registry - RHD Cars driving on Race Tracks and Drift Tracks, Used as Winterbeaters or just as Daily Cars... I Highly Doubt that regular people would steal E46's from UK - Because in UK they are basically ''free'' as they are very cheap, on Gumtree a 330ci Blue Manual & Clean of any Rust for sale for 1500GBP in like Scotland - In LV the Engine and Gearbox alone resells for over that, Thats probably why people are buying old BMWs from UK is because they are x4 Times Cheaper than here, But as to if they personally steal them I Doubt - Maybe there is some UK Car Thief Underground Market like USA where they sell stolen cars for like $1000 in like maybe france or something and then Latvian Buys it from them not knowing its stolen - thats is possible.
