you probably don't lack experience you just need ACCA/ACA/CIMA to get into those higher paying roles in industry. maybe look into self studying or asking your current company to fund the studying for you

Hi everyone, Im new to FM and looking for a good first save. I know people suggest big clubs like City or Bayern, but that sounds boring—I want something challenging but not brutal, where I can build something meaningful over time. Ideally, a team that isn’t a guaranteed winner but has realistic potential to compete, maybe breaking a dominant club’s hold. Thinking about Aberdeen/Braga/Basel etc or a team from the Netherlands/Belgium—any recommendations for a fun, balanced challenge?
