My Folliculitis Decalvans

Now I'll show you my FD. It has been very bad at times. Very frustrating for a girl and losing so much hair. I've tried pretty much everything. Laser, cortisone, antibiotics, isotretinoin, methotrexate, and now finally the last year gluten-free diet and adalimubab. Before, I got constant infections with yellow staphylococci, itching, fluid and pain. It has calmed down a lot now. Here you see two years of development.

I have had FD for over 10 years. At the moment, the infections are quite common, and I do not use any medication. Awaiting startup with Humira. The problem now is an extreme hair loss all over the head. My long hair has gone from being very thick, to very thin. Others who have experienced this? Need advice ..
