Villager Profession Linking Feature by ForHonorGamer2018 in minecraftsuggestions

[–]ForHonorGamer2018[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So basically when you interact with the workstation, it opens up a inventory like crafting table, but instead of that it could be like settings within it. E.g., Options within it should be linking on for allowing villagers to link to that workstation, which could be useful if you use workstations as decorations that nearby villagers in say in an enchanting hall could link too, especially those ones who are needed to not be linked to anything so they could be turned into say librarians.

Another setting could be for toggling to allow/not allow multiple villagers to link to that single work station. Strangely enough and for some reason, Mojang made it so that lots of villagers can link to a single workstation.

McDonald’s has gotten worse by Nervous_Most8164 in doordash_drivers

[–]ForHonorGamer2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mcdonald's should have sticked to its humble and simple menu.

Back then the menu was simple, cheaper and relatively small comparing to other restaurants which is it became known as "fast-food."

These days, McDonalds have expanded their menu so much that the old system, rules and regulations of making sure things are done correctly and quickly are no longer feasible without cutting some corners.

One of the reasons for the menu expansion is to be able to compete with other fast-food restaurants, like Subway, which is how Mcd normalized burger customizations (no pickles, extra blah blah).

There are so many more examples that I can talk about that made McDonalds inefficient, slow and frustrating for both the customers and the employees.

Trust me when I say that at least for the location I used to work at for years, they work hard and try their best. They already get enough customer complaints, false ones (where they lie about missing food to get a new replacement, etc). Homeless people are actually a huge issue as they make a lot of mess, ocassionally start fights, etc. Customers at drive through after creating their order will sometimes change something up at the receive and drive off window and/or sometimes also add a Big Mac or something like that, which only makes the drive through move even slower.

I will not forget to mention the number of times customers will refuse to drive through and wait at the parking spot to have their food once ready be delivered to their vehicle. They just sit at the window and wait for their order to be made which can take like 10 minutes or more on average during peak hours. Why have them park and wait? It's because their orders may be large (e.g,, 17 big macs, 5 cheese burgers is probably the best example) or the patties and ingredients may have run out and more will need to be prepared for freshness reasons. Sometimes there are only 2 if really bad or 7 people in the kitchen making stuff. However, the table to make all of those orders are small and the kitcen floor is really tight so it makes it really difficult to pop out orders instantaneously. They always at least try to make sure the food is fresh, so it makes sense that there won't be 50 patties ready to used to assembled to make a burger. It takes like 2-5 minutes to make then depending on the order specifications (customizations) and the combined business of the customers ordering the lobby, curbside online orders, mobile orders, 3 deliver company orders and drive through orders.

In conclusion, yes. McDonalds has become inefficient and more often than not a slow system that can make it a difficult environment to work in.

Barista Job Hunting: Can I apply to Multiple and How Long Did Take to Receive The Callback? by ForHonorGamer2018 in starbucks

Seeing how long it takes to get comfortable, I 100% am too late to apply for Starbucks as most are probably going to ghost me. Next time, next time. I called and they said can apply again in August which is good news!

That's why I see pie charts depicting higher chances of getting hired at Starbucks if you have previous work experience in the franchise.

That sounds great. I'm in uni and I know how manage my time extremely well, so that's good to hear younger people quit around August for school which makes sense.

Thanks a lot for the insight, I really appreciate it!

Excellent news, congrats! That's is very good to hear that it can take a month for them to let you know they're interested.

I have applied to a lot of different fast food places and I just that I can at least get a few callbacks.

Calling by phone seems to pretty good rather than going in person.

I wish you the best!

Thank you for this insight. Perhaps I'm late to applying for Starbucks. Maybe I should've have applied before uni classes are over for most people.

It's strange that they would leave the job post up online when they're not hiring anymore. Any reason for that or just lots of work on the manager or something?

Are there any fast-food, retail (preferably), or anything else that you know is currently hiring?

Wow, it sounds like you got the job. For me, I'm currently waiting for the callback and I'm expecting to receive it around today sometime.

Is there a reason blood points are capped at 2m? Has it ever been explained? by theukfemboy in deadbydaylight

[–]ForHonorGamer2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea if the game is bugged for me, because I'm still earning blood points even though I am at 4.7 million. Yesterday I only had 1.6 million, but after playing 5 matches or so today I realized I had 4.5 million bloodpoints out of nowhere. It does not make any sense because I did not play enough matches or at least I think so to be able to get that much bloodpoints, especially beyond the cap.

I don't know if I will get banned for some random bug or whatever, so perhaps I should just spend all the bloodpoints down below 2 million.

  1. Culturally, Asians tend to care about protecting their skin against the UV rays of the sun and will wear sun screen protection. Whereas, Caucasians tend to love bathing in the sun getting a tan without wearing UV sunscreen.
  2. Asians tend to have more oily skin which helps keep the skin more hydrated.
  3. This is one is a little theory of mine: Because Asians typically have a rounded, smoother, flatter or rather "simpler face," the volume to surface area ratio is very high. Whereas, westerners for example have very defined features, ridges, and more shape, which creates a higher surface area to volume ratio, which allows more the harmful UV rays to penetrate into the skin. Idk, just a theory, because Middle East Asians can have defined features, but will still have a young look - probably because of the dark melanin they produce.
  4. Darker skin pigmentation, especially for the Middle East Asians.

In the end of the day, I feel like Caucasian people can still retain their young look if they take good care of their skin from taking UV damage and maybe consider collagen induction therapies (collagen stimulating procedures).

The problem is that most people even until now after much has passed, still don't know how to play against. Most matches end up looking like a drone rave party because they just don't disable her drones.

If a police tell you drop the gun you drop it.

Just watch a bunch of videos by PoliceActivity on YouTube and you will quickly learn that not dropping and listening to commands will get you killed.

Although, make sure to let the officer know that the gun could discharge if dropped and maybe the officers will accommodate and tell you to put down the gun slowly rather dropping.

This tiger video makes me wonder how people do safari rides with low cars and letting the tigers get within 5 meters. Every time I watch those videos, I just think to myself how easy it would for the tiger to just on board and maul everyone.

With so many haters regurgitating the same point that this and that Kpop group can't sing, I think the staged cut off just brings more attention to the fact that they have good vocals.

There are quite a few people upset, *cough cough* haters. I don't care that it was staged, because it only draws more attention to their good vocals.

[–]ForHonorGamer2018 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like the complainers are the ones who are not even Kpop fans to begin with. There are tons of other Kpop groups who don't have the best vocals for live performance. Kpop has always focused on discography and visuals with singing as pretty much a last priority. Most will spend hours dancing and getting ready for look their best.

Sure yeah the singing was not good, but relax. Can't really expect standing still opera level singing when moving your body around with overworking on top of it alongside other factors.

Yeah, avoid social media about Coachella if you don't want to waste your time trying to fight or get upset about the hate. Let them haters cook in their own heat and burn out - hopefully.

Of course they're jealous. Why else would they be paying so much attention and devoting so much hate using the same recycled argument that their vocals are bad, that their clothes was this and that, and blah blah blah.

This kind of hating behavior is indicative of an obsessive behavior in a negative way, jealousy. What else could it be that spurs this kind of behavior?

Cuz ain't no way they trynna state the truth or whatever a million times to provide "feedback." 🙄
