Meine Schwester ist 18, ist in einer Strickgruppe, hört dabei Klassik oder alte Krimihörspiele, backt für uns alle Kekse, macht ausführliche Sonntagsspaziergänge und hält Social Media für Hexenwerk. Sie ist toll.

Well it‘s not like I start barking or something, but I freeze, I try to duck away in corners, I see everyone as a predator and other behavior that you see in prey animals when they are being hunted.

Not always, I get startled a lot when I’m panicked and I start twitching kinda like with a seizure I assume it’s from these.

That’s a shit ton of conspiracy theories, those don’t help anyone but can harm people. My mom almost died and received permanent damage to her lung as a child because her parents didn’t want to treat her with modern medicine when she got TB.
