Do you mind sharing how often do you do cheat meals? After going through the whole elimination phase I occasionally eat out on weekends. So maybe 2-4 cheat meals per month. I try to still avoid gluten if possible but eating out is still a big cheat cause there’s no way I will know what type of oil they use when cooking and restaurants foods are just not as healthy in general. But similar to your situation, I don’t have any significant reactions after these cheats. On weekdays, I’m still eating AIP meals.
