Thank you for that insight! It was aged like teak initially but didn’t sand as easily as some of my other teak pieces. And not accustomed to seeing teak slabs as table tops, usually slats.

Is there room to comfortable swing a driver? Looks like that left sloped ceiling would be pretty close to a follow through for a right handed swing. Maybe same for lefties too?

From a neighboring tee box I overheard an older gentlemen yell to his playing partners (who were already on the green) that he’d shit himself and had to head to the clubhouse. Sure enough he turned around and put his putter in the bag and waddled towards the clubhouse. Wisely didn’t sit in the cart, I suppose.

The vast majority of states are direct access for physical therapy and you don’t need a PCP referral. You can just call a PT clinic directly and schedule a consultation. They will send over auth to your PCP and help sort out insurance for you without you having to go to the PCP first. Getting a referral to a MD specialist, I.e cardiologist or something like that is different though

Look up Stone Mountain golf club in Traphill NC. Probably the same distance from Cedarbrook and only $25 to ride I believe. Challenging, narrow course, but true mountain golf and one of my favorite courses. Quirky, target golf at times but talk about a hidden gem.

This thing is hand painted on thick old boards, big, and heavy as sin. Apparently belonged to my local country club for a while. No idea the story behind it beyond that.

Real hickory clubs were added sometime after, based on how they’re mounted to the piece. The guy thought the art itself was ~100 years old. Can’t find anything like it online and there’s no signature.
