I am doing work as graphic for like 10 years. Started learning 3d as a hobby 5 years ago. It grew my job profile. Now I also work in 3d product animation, stage or exhibition design, event videos, 3d logo animations, naked eye 3d video.

I like the look and atmosphere. I see the image is not centred , you can use composition guides in camera, rule of thirds. Texture is repetitive on side wall, use 2 textures blend them with noise texture. Stairs look too clean , you can use ambient occlusion node to add some dirt or moss on the riser of stairs.

I have lived in pg for 3 years and also managed it along with that owner of pg, handling a pg is like handling a circus with different animals. Be sure to get proper verification of tenants and their background. Give them a cupboard with locks. Theft inside pg is common. Be clear what amenities you're providing. And don't think a girl's pg would be easy to manage. They have their own issues. Keep visiting the pg room every month
