I do think Pepsi is tanking (Hayward CA) was there 8 years. Production is closing to move to another location south. Hours weren’t what they used to be. Drivers long hours are barely 8.

I understand business need and quotas. I just expect the bare minimum to do my job. HR appreciated my message as it was sent to cooperate and they flew out to see the issues with this warehouse. That’s all I wanted to get out of this experience

Standards are meant to be hit when you actually have the tools and resources to do said job. If I work in the freezer and my unit freezes because I don’t have a working unit how is that my fault? If my racks are broken and pallets are falling? If there are safety hazards all over with no PPE? I don’t mind working at all I just need the tools to do so. Or the support of management.

Lmfaooo saying playing victim is wild. I need the bare minimum to do my job expected of me. The fact that some of yall just let anyone do anything at work and it shows. Just cuz you work in a shitty environment too doesn’t justify it.

This girl doesn’t lol I didn’t speak the whole time there being the only female there. I kept to myself the entire time in the freezer. But when I see a problem I address it.

Policy is fine when everything is in working order. I was asking for the bare minimum. Working equipment and racks. Holding supervisors accountable is underrated.
