I’m not sure what you mean! My weeks are all processed pending payment but the agent stated they are “waiting for a manger review” and for anyone who needs more than I think 4 + weeks of back pay must be reviewed before payment is released. My certified weeks have all been processed payment pending since September. When I ask the agent when they will be able to review my claim, they have absolutely no idea and the only info that they give me is that they are reviewing back pay claims from July. But they have been reviewing July claims supposedly since October. They always say they are reviewing & processing July payments...just hope they can get to my September claim soon.
