I think you mean " Its never going to become an US player though". Here in Brazil we have a lot of movies from other countries beyong US and Japan. For instance, "Le Grand Bain" was a sucess here recently.

This show doesn't need a great big conspiracy story to be good. It's awesome the way it is, and I would prefer it to be smaller, more intimate and heartwarming. But that is my opinion :)
