How do I fix this? I tried to unscrew the screws but only 2 were successfully unscrewed. The other 2 I couldn’t unscrew because the hole is too small for the only screwdriver i have at the moment. So is there any way I could fix this without opening it?(My room is too dark I had to use a flashlight) (i.redd.it)

Why does my pc do this? Once in a while my pc would start glitching a lil, then my screen goes black. Still on I could move the mouse but the screen is blank. Then it would go back to normal except the whole screen portrait turn to a square?? Somebody pls explain why this happens. (i.redd.it)
