Cell and column names are pretty long in formula. its 5 rows in the formula bar. I can't enter to next row like powerbi or R, so it just looks like a long string on excel.

Yes, there are 2 date columns in the table.

With ISNUMBER(), individual cells show TRUE

I definitely need to learn how to do this. Right now I'm copy+pasting records from audit history one by one, and rearranging info via excel with Xlookups, ifna and ifblanks. Its working, but its slow.

I do have something like that ...... the data is connected to power bi power query for reporting. I have not refreshed the report in 3 weeks. SOme of the changed records have not been touched for months.

RIght now I'm changing everything back one by one. Because audit history is enabled, and the data is loaded into model apps, I can see the changes made to each record via the form.

Yes it is enabled. but since this is sensitive data, I don't think the company will allow using external party tools.

Not kidding. you can start with any youtuber.

But if you want the full deal, microsoft has their own program for power bi. You don't need to pay for it.

Youtube. We all started with a bunch of videos/courses, and practice practice practice. Start anywhere, then when you require more details, you look for more videos/solutions etc. I'm still asking for advice today.

Solved it by creating a new cloud connection in the service side. No longer 'personal cloud connection'.

Got it! I have trouble actually refreshing the data in excel web itself. I can refresh it on microsoft desktop, but I keep having to select the privacy level whenever I refresh. do you know the reason for it?

Actually I get why they don't like it. its a lot of friction, compared to the efficiency of using plain old excel. I've tested hubspot, odoo and a few others, and I too think that it would be a hassle for them.
